Brightsparks is commissioned to design and deliver an inspiring foster carer recruitment behaviour change campaign for Bradford Metropolitan District Council (BMDC) to provide quality leads for their Foster Carer recruitment programme.
Working collaboratively with BMDC, Brightsparks conducted research to inform our approach before developing the campaign strategy, audiences, value proposition messaging, brand, website, collateral, film and animations, and content plan for the campaign. The campaign has been very successful, out-performing all targets.
