Louise is a Social Care Campaigns Specialist at Brightsparks.
In her own words...
Professionally:
It's always gratifying to see a really strong set of results after the team has put in the hard work. I love that a team effort here means full recognition of everyone involved, which is a great way to encourage development. Working with Brightsparks means there's the added benefit of knowing that there are real-world social benefits to communities as an impact of the work we do.
Personally:
Outside of work I love to stay creative, whether that's crafts, scrapbooking days out, watching a good film with friends or performing in different comedy troupes. If there's one thing I ask for any birthday or Christmas, it's books - I can recommend Maggie O' Farrell's novels, or Elena Ferrante's My Brilliant Friend series.

Louise's Background
Prior to joining Brightsparks, Louise's background in media buying gave her exposure to several clients across FMCG, luxury goods and the charity sector. Louise joined Brightsparks in January 2021 specialising in social care recruitment, working to recruit more foster carers and social care staff for local authorities across England.
Louise's Role at Brightsparks
Louise is Brightsparks' Social Care Campaigns Specialist and works across a variety of client projects. One of the many parts of Louise's role is project and campaign managing recruitment for fostering and social care roles across the country, regularly meeting with clients to understand their needs and ensure we meet or exceed their expectations.
